My Journey of Gratitude


I started my gratitude practice by journaling daily, making it a point to describe three things that I was grateful for each day. Within a few days, something magical happened: I began to notice many beautiful moments that I overlooked previously. It seems that when we go about life aimlessly on autopilot, we miss them. Things like: a smile from a stranger, the bliss of watching a sunrise or an encouraging word from a friend...these became regular entries in my journal. The more I expressed gratitude for these moments, the more I realized their cumulative impact on my overall well-being.
