Let’s face it…
We all have urges and it's likely that a lot of us struggle with an addiction to our phones.
The phone rings and were instantly programed to see who it is.
Without even thinking we mindlessly drop everything were doing, check the phone and respond whomever is on the other line.
It’s like we value other people’s time way more than I value my time…
How silly is that??
