Chakra Sound & Alignment Session

Service Description

This integrative healing session blends chakra alignment, sound frequencies, and energy work to gently bring your body, mind, and nervous system back into balance. You'll be guided into a calm, grounded state as we work through the energy centers of the body, supporting release, realignment, and reconnection. Using intentional touch, sound, and frequency, this session helps clear energetic stagnation and restore a sense of flow and inner harmony. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to what your body and energy are needing in the moment. You will leave feeling more centered, supported, and connected, within yourself and your energy. A laminated Chakra Sounds Guide is included to support your continued integration at home. I've included a sliding scale to support where you are right now. Please choose the amount that feels honest and comfortable for you. I have a limited number of openings available for April, and once those are filled, sessions will move into May. This session will be removed from the website on Saturday, April 11th.
