A Gentle 60 Day Integration Journey

Service Description

A gentle, embodied 60 day container designed to support integration through sound healing, energy work, microdosing (free with package purchase from Seta's Seminary), and nervous system - aware guidance. This journey prioritizes presence, listening to the body, and allowing insight to unfold naturally - without pressure or force. Includes three one on one sessions with Leigh, held across 60 days, with optional voice integration support available. This journey is for you if you: * Are seeking gentle integration, not high intensity work * Value sound healing, energy work, and embodiment * Want support that honors nervous system safety and self-trust * Prefer a slow, intentional pace rather than quick fixes This journey many not be a fit if you're looking for fast transformation, directive coaching, or outcome - driven work. Participants may also work with a church-held sacrament offered through Seta's Seminary, as part of a self-directed spiritual practice. Voice Integration Support (Optional Add-On) Two short voice check-ins during the 60 day journey.
