Discover the power of Ayurveda through workshops on cleansing, nourishment, doshas, and how food and herbs can enhance your clarity, intuition, and spiritual balance. Practical steps for aligning body and mind.

Restorative Practices

You will experience restorative practices, including grounding yoga, breathwork to center your mind, and sound healing to harmonize your energy, massaage to remove stress.

Nourishing Ayurvedic Cuisine

Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body and bring balance using Ayurvedic principals and local farming that promote healing from within.

These all-inclusive rates embrace your entire journey: from your peaceful lodging and nourishing meals to every transformative workshop, Ayurvedic teachings, yoga sessions, breathwork, massage, and sound healing. The heart of the retreat is fully included.

Futon bed in shared room (alongside queen bed-your sleeping space will be the futon bed in that shared room): $1,700.00

Top Bunk in the shared team room with the teachers: $1,900.00
