The statistics are overwhelming as anxiety and depression have become the most common mental disorder in the world.
Even celebrities aren’t immune to this deadly force. Each year, someone too young or someone with too much to offer this world ends their life because they didn’t get help for a disease that’s completely treatable.
Why the stigma? Why can’t we talk about mental illness more openly?
